Didn't make my laundry experience enjoyable either. I had to deal with warped washers and dryers that seemed stuck in a time warp.

My stay was fantastic because the hotel is a short walk to the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium and just under a 30-minute stroll to the Dubuque Museum of Art, making it perfect for all my city explorations. plus, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean with present-day décor, which I really appreciated during my visit.
